GRACIOUS FLIGHT
...Heavenly ...
Peace, Love and Joy
Messenger of Faith ... Above-Beyond
From way on high ... I see you from within my heart
With your "lighting" plumage, cleansed pure white
From Heaven's vault ... Comes treasured, Love's-
Crowned jewel of hope-Glowing bright
Displays ... God's Salvation, in clear sight
Through opened sky / In Gracious flight
Likened; streaking strike of lightning's might ...
The Mighty Counselor's pride and joy
Soaring with God's Priceless plan of intercede
Of Peace and Mercy-Guaranteed
The Holy Spirit! Gift of Grace
Of perfect Love ... God's precious Dove
With outstretched wings in righteous prayer
"Rebuilder" of my soul-Your nest prepare:
From Living Water's Well of Life
Drink of this cup; Love's pure delight
Let be filled with Love-My heart with Christ
Whose peaceful rule-Is a roosting jewel
Of Perfect Truth! Perched on my heart
Grip of wisdom firm, on my new start
Here to lead me always forward-on the mark
Proclaiming Gospel rights / Within God's sight
Walking-Overshadowed by Eternal flight
Praying-Keep me Holy-Keep me right ...
Upon Your wing and soar forever high
Far above, beyond the opened sky
To a peaceful place of waiting when ...
The era ... Of this old world unfurls
And reveals its Dawn ... Its "Destined End"
