No longer am I alone
Nor do I have to wonder
No longer do I walk the path on my own
All my burdens are cast asunder
I praise Him for all He's done
When He set the captives free
To have a relationship with the Father and the Son
Is the best thing to ever happen to me
My heart's being prepared to serve
And the fire burns deep inside
For a mercy and grace I didn't deserve
Now I have a love I cannot hide
The word keeps my mind afresh
With an absolute truth I can't deny
Even when a power rises up in my flesh
My Lord just keeps drawing me nigh
I wanna hear Him say
Well done my son
And in my prayer each day
I can't thank Him enough for all He's done
So now, why am I so excited
Why do I feel so free
Especially when I think on how I was invited
To the Cross that set me free
