For death to life lies far beyond
The finite grasp of man.
Eternity involves a sphere,
We cannot understand.
So why in blindness to men leap,
Into the great abyss?
Accepting death's eternal Hell,
Rejecting heaven's bliss?
The demon's lie has drawn them in,
And only mercy's grace,
Atonement through our Savior's blood,
Can save this fallen race.
